Seoul Street is located in the heart of Anaheim, California, at Harbor Lofts, 405 W Center Street Promenade, Anaheim, CA 92805.
 
What are Seoul Street’s business hours?
Current planned business hours are 7am to 11pm, with flexible hours depending on the operating hours of the tenants.
 
What types of stores can I open?
We aim for Korean food concepts to make up at least 50% of our vendors — while welcoming other Asian cuisines and creative food concepts that add to the mix.
What is the minimum area for a store?
Store sizes range from 500 to 1,500 sq ft, and you can review the appropriate location depending on the type of store you wish to open.

We offer a low entry cost designed to make launching your concept more accessible. Lease terms are flexible and tailored to each vendor, with special incentives available for a limited time. We prioritize partners with unique, high-potential concepts and a strong passion for building their brand.
Do I have to design the store interior myself?
To achieve a unified atmosphere for Seoul Street, interior guidelines are provided and assistance from interior designers is available upon request.
 
Can the store use its own kitchen?
There is an independent kitchen, and you can choose according to your menu and operating style.
